One click is all it takes to update your player to the latest available firmware, and to give your player a clean bill of health.
BEFORE YOU START
- Check that the MP3 Player Recovery Tool supports your player.
- Ensure that you are using Windows XP® Service Pack 2 32-bit, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition or Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit version).
- Back up the contents of your player, if possible, as recovering your player may require it to be re-formatted, erasing all content.
- Make sure your player battery is at least 50% charged.
